Hej,
Nu har jag fått kontakt med min "buddy" under min vistelse i Korea. Det visar sig att vi har vädligt mycket gemensamt och vi har redan fått bra kontakt. :) känns så sjukt nice att veta att man har lite vänner där redan.
Vi har ju fått några val på vart vi ska åka under 3 dagar.
Mungyeong is a city in Gyeongsangbuk Province, South Korea. The local government, economy, and transportation networks are all centered in Jeomchon, the principal town. Mungyeong has a lengthy history, and is known today for its various historic and scenic tourist attractions. The city's name means roughly "hearing good news." The city of Mungyeong was created after Jeomchon City and rural Mungyeong County were combined in 1995. It is now an urban-rural complex similar to 53 other small and medium-sized cities with a population under 300,000 people in South Korea.
Andong Hahoe Village has preserved the housing architecture and the village structure of the Joseon Dynasty. Moreover, the village was not artificially created; there are people who actually live there.Three sides of Hahoe Village (Important Folk Material No.122) is surrounded by the Nakdong River. Because the river swirls around the village, the village is named Hahoe, and is also called the spinning river village.Because the village is surrounded by mountains and water, it had never been invaded. This is the reason why these houses still remain in their original structures. Hahoe Village is also famous for the Byeolsin exorcism, maskdance and Hahoe mask. The Hahoe mask is the oldest mask in Korea and is used in the Hahoe Maskdance. Hahoe Village became famous from the visit of Queen Elizabeth in 1999. Many events featuring the Maskdance are held..
Sokcho is a city in Gangwon-do province, South Korea. It is located in the far northeast of Gangwon-do. Sokcho has a population of around 84,000. Sokcho is home to one of the few lakes naturally created by the sea. The city is quite a sleepy city and it itself is not very lively. There are many typical Korean grey flats. It is known as a gateway to Seoraksan National Park, which is a 30 minute bus ride from the central hub. The city has many beaches and areas to view the East Sea.
Namwon (Namwon-si) is a city in North Jeolla Province, South Korea. Namwon is a small city located just outside of Jirisan National Park, which has the largest set of mountains on the South Korean Mainland. It is known as the "city of Love" for its connection to the story of Chunhyang Jeon, one of Korea's most famous love story. The area houses several pavillions central to the story, including Chunhyang's swing and her mother's cottage. Several photographers have sets of traditional clothes so visitors can dress up like the major characters and get their pictures taken. An annual festival with actors recreating the story is the area's most popular event. Additionally, mountain hikers come here before or after climbing Jiri-san, one of Korea's most famous national parks. The park contains South Korea's second highest peak.(1915 meters).
